From a vision in Kigali to a technology group
Neltech Group Ltd was founded in 2025 by ITURUSHURUKUNDO HIRWA LIONEL with a clear conviction: Africa does not need to import its technology future — it can build it.
Headquartered in Kicukiro, Kigali, the group was structured from day one as a conglomerate: three operating companies — Software, Solutions, and Store — each an independent business with its own website, unified under one corporate headquarters at itlionel.xyz.
The mission is ambitious but precise: deliver enterprise-grade technology to governments, banks, hospitals, schools, hotels, NGOs, and growing enterprises — at the standard set by the world's best engineering organizations, delivered from Rwanda.

Digital Ecosystem Established
The corporate headquarters at itlionel.xyz unifies the ecosystem, with soft, solutions, and store subdomains going live.
Expansion Across Africa
